Stamping

Gator Stamping specializes in low cost, top quality stamping. Producing our own stamping dies and tools, we generate considerable savings in the production of your parts. Our semi-permanent tooling costs 80-90% less than permanent dies, with quality equal to or superior to the quality of conventional dies.

We offer blanking, piercing, forming and drawing in most materials, including aluminum brass, copper, phosor, bronze, steel, stainles steel, plastics, phenolies and space age alloys. All are produced on presses ranging from 30 ton to 550 ton capacity. We produce millions of pieces from each die in materials as thin as .002 up to 1/2 inch, while maintaining tolerances that often exceed industry standards.

Laser / Turrets

Our Laser and Turret Department consists of the world's best Trumpf CNC machines. Gator takes considerable pride in the top quality fabrications that these machines produce. Equipment in our Laser Department includes a 4000Watt 3030L Trumpf Laser, capabile of thicknesses up to 3/4" in steel and up to 3/8" in stainless and aluminum. Our laser table size is 60" x 120".

Our Trumpf Trumatic machine centers include 1 Trumpf 500R with a top range of 7 gage steel, aluminum and stainless steel (table size on this machine is 60" x 144"), as well as a Trumpf 200R with a material range up to 7 gage steel, aluminum and stainless (table size on this machine is 48" x 120").

Powder Coating

Gator Stamping's Powder Coating Department can meet most of your short run powder coating needs. Our department offers a basic batch oven, 8' x 8' x 10' in size (soon to be expanded for greater versatility). Gator's future plans include the purchase of a fully automatic powder line and wash line, to meet the needs of even the largest orders.
